Costa Rica Real Estate – Reserving your Residence at Botanika Osa Peninsula

Costa Rica Real Estate – Reserving your Residence at Botanika Osa Peninsula with a Priority Reservation Agreement

What is the Priority Reservation Agreement?

The Priority Reservation Agreement is a mechanism for us to understand who has the most sincere interest in owning real estate at Botanika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton. This agreement in no way binds or commits anyone to anything. With a limited number of residences, and private marina slips being released, a priority selection might be important to you in the future.

Our Priority Reservation Agreement is Simply a Mechanism Which Allows Us to Prioritize You

Our process calls for a fully refundable deposit which will be held in escrow, in your name, in the USA, and in the insured bank account of a licensed and long standing law firm. At no time is your deposit at risk or used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Your priority will be based on a time/date/ stamp; once you apply your electronic signature to the reservation (you simply type in your name and digitally sign at the bottom) a signed copy of your reservation will be delivered to me.

On a Personal Note

I have been involved in numerous launches with some of the most important hotel brands in the world; for those that joined a reservation program late in the process, and decided to make a purchase, they always wished that they had a better priority.

I encourage you to learn more and to participate in this Priority Reservation Agreement program that poses absolutely no risk or obligation on your part.
