Botánika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton -Founders Club

At Botánika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton there are only a few remaining Rainforest Residences left in the first phase of our new landmark development in Costa Rica.

Most important however, is the fact that there are significant pre-construction incentives for our Founders Club Members who purchase their vacation home prior to the beginning of next year. These privileges include owner benefits such as a 20% discount on Botánika tours, fishing, dining, drinking, and spa services for as long as you own your residence.

However, the most significant incentive is that those buying off a plan in our first phase will receive the Hilton approved turnkey furniture package at no additional cost. This represents a saving of $64,000.00 for the 2-bedroom lock-off suites. But availability is getting limited as we approach our groundbreaking date.

Garden Villa Living Room

If you have dreamed of one day spending more time in this tropical paradise, on Costa Rica’s South Pacific Coast, the following is an inventory and brief description of the Rainforest Residences still available for sale at Botánika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton.

On the garden level, we have a 1-bedroom home with a large terrace and a private exclusive landscaped garden. We also have one 2-bedroom & one 3-bedroom lock-off homes available on the garden level. These large residences sleep 8 to 10 people comfortably and feature a private terrace and large exclusive landscaped garden area with direct access to the resort lagoon-shaped pool. We also have a one-of-a-kind ground floor Garden Villa- residence, the perfect home for the individual looking for an abundance of room and complete luxury.

On the second floor, we have only one 1-bedroom home left that overlooks the lagoon-shaped pool. From the large terrace, you will be able to enjoy both sunset and sunrise views.  We also have a  2-bedroom lock-off and a large 3-bedroom lock-off residence on that floor. All of these units come with large terraces and feature long unobscured views.

Lagoon-shaped Pool

On the third floor, we only have one residence left. It is a 1-bedroom home with a long view across the lagoon-shaped pool and into the neighboring botanical gardens. From the terrace, you can have your morning coffee facing the sunrise, and in the evening a glass of wine watching the Costa Rican sunset.

And finally, on the fourth floor, we have just two homes left: A 1-bedroom residence overlooking the pool, and a large 3-bedroom lock-off residence with northeast views.

Whether you are an angler, a nature lover, a big wave adventure seeker, or someone who appreciates the peace and tranquility that this region represents, this is where you can finally slow down to the speed of life.

Golfo Dulce Sunrise

This is also your opportunity to partner with the most successful hotelier in the world! Hilton has recently been awarded the best place to work and is ranked amongst the most ethical companies in the world. A better partner is hard to find.
