Todd StaleyTodd StaleyFishing Director
Todd carved his niche in the fishing community as a lure manufacturer and outdoor journalist specializing in light tackle in Florida and Costa Rica. He has been published in many magazines and newspapers in both countries and invented a lure that was banned from tarpon tournaments in Boca Grande, Florida as an unfair advantage over live bait. The late Archie Fields brought Todd to Costa Rica nearly a decade ago to manage his famous tarpon resort on the Caribbean coast. Since Archie's death he has managed Golfito Sailfish Ranch and worked with Americana Sportfishing at the Hotel del Rey. He is a world record holder and has guided several others to world records. Brian WongBrian Wong
Meet Brian Wong, Reservation's Manager at Crocodile Bay Resort. Brian's interest and passion for catching fish started early on at the age of 12, transitioning from a young fisherman to an angler within just a few years. At the age of 20, he purchased half ownership of the iconic Lyle's Tackle and International Travel Service located in the heart of "The Wine Country", Santa Rosa California. Due to a failed partnership, he took on full ownership and continued to run the business until he was asked to relocate and decided that it was time to move on and closed the business after nearly 3 decades. Being of service to fisherman, fisherwomen and anglers from around the globe has always been his passion. Now here's the main reason why Brian was asked to join the sales team here at Crocodile Bay! For the last 40 years, Brian has educated, instructed and by the way has acheived a master's level in fly casting instructions, escorted individuals and large groups to numerous fishing and hunting destinations worldwide!
