Dinner

Salads

  • Green Mixed Salad with your choice of dressing (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers and onions)

Ensalada verde mixta con aderezo a su elección  (Lechuga, tomate, pepino, zanahoria, chile dulce y cebolla)

  • Heart of Palm Salad with avocado (a mixture of heart of palm, sweet peppers, onions and avocado served on lettuce)

Ensalada de palmito y aguacate:( Mezcla de trozos de palmito, chile, cebolla y aguacate. Servido sobre una hoja de lechuga)

  • Caesar Salad with chicken  (bacon, parmesan cheese and croutons)

Ensalada Caesar con pollo a la plancha (Tocineta, queso parmesano,             crotones y aderezo caesar)

  • Italian Antipasto: prepared with tomato, cucumber, mozarella cheese and marinated with fresh herb oil.

Antipasto italiano: Preparado con tomate, pepino, queso mozarella  y marinado con aceite de hierbas frescas.

 

Soups

  • Minestrone Soup: chicken broth mixed with vegetables and herbs.

Sopa de Minestrón: Caldo de pollo con vegetales mixtos con hierbas de la casa..

  • Tortilla Cream Soup: spicy tomato soup and tortilla, accompanied with sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips and fresh cheese. ,

Crema de Tortilla Mexicana:( Sopa de tomate y tortilla picante acompañada con natilla, aguacate tortillas chips y trozos de queso fresco)

  • Seafood Chowder: cream of seafood with chives.

Chowder de Mariscos: Crema de mariscos con cebollinos.

 

Appetizers

  • *Mixed Fresh Sushi & Sashimi Plate: (sushi rolls stuffed with cucumber, avocado, mango, carrots, and slices of tuna)

Plato mixto de Sushi y Sashimi: (Rollos de sushi rellenos de pepino, aguacate, mango, zanahoria, atún fresco del día y  rebanadas de atún.)

 

  • *Fish Tartar: a mixture of fish, sweet peppers, onions and celery, marinated with soy sauce, vinaigrette and wasaby.

      Costilla de cerdo ahumada a la parrilla con salsa barbacoa..

  • Medallions of Pork in a guava and honey sauce, served on a sugar cane skewer.

      Brochetas de cerdo en caña de azúcar con salsa de guayaba y miel.

  • Fish Filet of the Day served with your choice of our chef’s own sauces: teriyaki, butter and garlic or spicy mango sauce.

         Pescado del día acompañado de guarnición del día y servido con una de nuestras salsas a su elección: teriyaki, mantequilla con ajo y salsa de mango picante.

  • Farfalle Tricolor Pasta with vegetables, in white sauce and mozzarella cheese.

      Pasta Farfelle Tricolor con vegetales en salsa blanca y queso mazarella..

  • Penne Pasta with your choice of butter and garlic or marinara sauce.

      Pasta Penne al gusto: Ordénela con ajo y mantequilla o salsa marinara..               

  • Beef Lasagna with pomodoro sauce and parmesan cheese.

      Lasaña de carne con salsa pomodoro y queso parmesano molido.

  • Grilled Chicken Breast with honey-mustard B.B.Q sauce, served with white rice.                                               

      Pechuga de pollo a la parrilla con salsa barbacoa y mostaza, servida con arroz blanco.

  • Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with ripe plantain mofongo (mashed sweet plantains)

Lomo de Cerdo relleno de Mofongo de plátano maduro (puré de plátano maduro)

  • Chicken Ranchero: chicken fajitas, prepared in a tomato sauce, with 

      mushrooms, chickpeas and natural spices, served with mashed potatoes.,

    Pollo Ranchero: Fajita de pollo preparado en una salsa de tomate, hongos, garbanzos y

    especias naturales, servido con puré de papas.

  • Fresh Vegetables sautéed with parmesan cheese.

  Pisto de vegetales con Queso Parmesano.
